I’m not going to lie, I had a really hard time wanting to put some of the produce we have for you, in your shares this week. I really wanted to be greedy and hoard it all for myself! Fresh grown broccoli just blows store-bought out of the water! And garlic Scapes! OH! fresh garlic pesto on a panini, in a pasta or spread on garlic bread with homemade ravioli! Are you hungry yet?
I’ll stop torturing you all with these fantastic foods that you can have for dinner tonight, and give you the list of goodies we have for you this week in shares.
- 2 Spanish roja garlic heads
- garlic scapes
- herbs (mixed variety)
- head lettuce
Shares are ready for pick up as soon as you can come get them.
We have a little “red” surprise on top of your basket! Um hum!
There is extra stuff this week in the fridge and in the garden, don’t be shy to ask if you see something you would like.
side note: hopefully by next week we will have peas, strawberries, and kohlrabi ready.
The flowers are Blooming, the bees are buzzing, the sun is shining, and Easter is this weekend! We hope the Easter bunny is bringing lots of fun times and good food your way.
Also a big variety of our heirloom tomatoes are ready to be planted at your place.
This weeks baskets is a good mix of root crop and leafy greens.

Where did the day go? Nice sunshine brought plenty of work today! Our spinach and lettuce are so tasty and producing terrific right now. Other root crops are just around the corner as well as new varieties of greens.
This week we sadly added the last of our meyer lemons to your basket. Don’t waste a thing. The rind and all taste wonderful!
