It’s transition time in the garden! Heirloom tomatoes are coming on slowly, cool weather crops like, lettuce, spinach, and peas are fading out. We have had a crazy weather year for sure!

We have a box of extras you can pick from this week. Please be mindful of other share holders!

Apricots – this years early apricots got beat by hail. Plus with the extra moisture… well they aren’t pretty but totally edible. Please take as much as you like! We have plenty.

Last Week of Spring Shares

Here we are at the last week of the Spring Shares. We hope you all enjoyed your weekly baskets. There has been weeks we didn’t think we would be able to have enough but it has worked out every week. Thank you to all of you that have supported us this spring!

Week 7 of Spring Shares

Our strawberries are producing like crazy this week! So it’s time to start making those strawberry deserts, smoothies or just eating them plan! We have extra strawberries this week.

Week 5 of Spring Shares

Garlic is a beautiful garden creature! Not only does she show her beauty as a bulb, but she also gives us an early treat of scapes. Garlic scapes are an excellent part of the garlic that shows up about a month before the bulb is ready. When you want fresh garlic to sauté and flavor food and bulbs aren’t ready, use garlic scapes as a replacement.

Week 4 of Spring Shares

We hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend! Ours was so fun will all the new little ones hunting for eggs through out the yard! It sure has been a beautiful week of nice warm day!

Week 3 of Spring Shares

There are so many beautiful greens in the garden this week! The light rain we got the other day was so wonderful and we didn’t have to water the garden.
